Recalibrate — Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

The practical detail behind how we work together — bookings, payments, and what you can expect from sessions with me. Written plainly, on purpose.

1. This agreement

These terms set out the basis on which you work with Pavan Lochab, trading as Recalibrate Health & Wellbeing Coaching ("I", "me", "my"). By booking a consult, a session, or otherwise engaging my coaching services, you agree to these terms.

If anything here doesn't make sense, or you'd rather talk it through before booking, that's exactly what the free consult is for.

2. Coaching services

I offer one-to-one health and wellbeing coaching, delivered in person locally or over video call. Sessions work through three stages — Rest, Recalibrate, Realign — at a pace suited to your life, typically over three to six months.

Coaching is collaborative by design. There's no fixed programme or template applied to everyone; the direction of each session is shaped together, session by session.

3. Not medical advice

Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, dietetic, or psychiatric care. I am not a doctor, and nothing discussed in a session should be treated as a diagnosis or medical instruction.

Please note: If you have an existing medical condition, are taking medication, or have concerns about your physical or mental health, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to diet, exercise, or routine. If you're in crisis or need urgent support, please contact your GP or emergency services directly.

You remain responsible for any decisions you make about your health, and for checking with a relevant professional where appropriate.

4. Bookings & sessions

Sessions are booked in advance, either through the booking page or by direct message. A free, no-pressure consult is available before you commit to ongoing coaching, so you can decide if it's the right fit.

  • Session length and frequency are agreed between us before coaching begins.
  • In-person sessions are available locally; video sessions are available wherever you are. You're welcome to mix the two.
  • Please arrive, or join the call, a few minutes ahead of the scheduled time where possible.

5. Payments

Fees for individual sessions or packages are confirmed before booking. Payment is due in advance of each session, or as otherwise agreed for a package of sessions.

Prices may be reviewed from time to time, but any change will not affect a package you've already paid for.

6. Cancellations & rescheduling

Life gets in the way sometimes — that's understood. If you need to cancel or move a session, please give at least 24 hours' notice where you can, so the time can be offered to someone else.

  • Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours' notice or more can be rebooked at no extra cost.
  • Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
  • If I need to cancel or move a session, I'll let you know as early as possible and offer the next available time.

7. Your responsibilities

Coaching works best when it's honest and two-way. To get the most from it, I'd ask that you:

  • Share information about your health, circumstances, and goals as accurately as you're able to.
  • Let me know if something we've discussed doesn't feel right, or isn't working for your week.
  • Take responsibility for any actions or changes you choose to make between sessions.

8. Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is treated as confidential. I won't discuss the content of our sessions with anyone else, except in the rare circumstance where I believe there's a serious risk to your safety or someone else's — in which case I may need to involve an appropriate professional or service.

Any personal details you provide when booking are used only to deliver coaching to you, and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Liability

I bring care and professional judgement to every session, but coaching outcomes depend on many factors outside my control, including your own circumstances, effort, and health. I can't guarantee specific results.

To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from coaching, and my liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the sessions in question.

10. Website use

This website and its content are provided for general information about my coaching practice. You're welcome to read and share it, but the text, images, and design remain my property and shouldn't be copied or reused without permission.

I've tried to keep this site accurate and up to date, but I can't guarantee it will be free of errors or available without interruption at all times.

11. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms occasionally, for example if the way I work or the services I offer change. The version published here is always the current one, and continuing to book sessions after an update means these terms still apply to you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Contact

If you have any questions about these terms, or about how a session works before you book, I'm easy to reach — I read and reply to messages myself.

Still have a question about these terms, or how a session works before you book? I read and reply to messages myself — no automated replies, no sales pitch.
